Coach Jacobson on Schmidt: “Ivey Schmidt is a dynamic play maker that runs both the PG & Shooting Guard spots, she has elite size at 5-10 to go with elite basket-making ability and playmaking ability! Getting a player like Ivey to come play at Western Colorado is truly special and shows the direction that our women’s basketball program is headed. I can’t wait to add Ivey to the mix of talent already coming in and the talent returning, it’s going to be really exciting in Paul Wright Gymnasium this upcoming winter!”
