Todd Stutzman enters his third year as the Western Colorado assistant women's basketball coach in 2021-22.

In Stutzman's first two years with the program, the Mountaineers have gone 34-13, earned their first two NCAA Tournament appearances in program history, a program-high No. 7 national ranking, the program's first 20-win season since 1986-87 (third 20-win season ever) and back-to-back RMAC Tournament appearances - including the team's first RMAC Tournament win since 2012.

Stutzman came to Western from Washburn University where he spent the past four years as the assistant women's basketball coach and the head junior varsity coach. During his four years at Washburn, the varsity team finished 72-46 with a winning record every season.
 
Todd attended Hesston College where he earned his associate's degree in liberal arts then went on to earn his bachelor's degree in general studies with a minor in business from the University of Kansas. Stutzman went on to earn his master's degree in interdisciplinary studies from Stephen F. Austin State University.  
 
Following Stutzman’s graduation at Stephen F. Austin State, he took the roll of director of basketball operations for the women’s basketball team for the 2014-15 season before taking the job at Washburn University.
