2024-25: Named to College Sports Communicators (CSC) Division II Academic All-District Team, and earned a spot on the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference All-Academic Honor Roll … played and started 28 of the team's 29 games, averaging 23.1 MPG with a season high of 35:27 on Nov. 11 at Angelo State … averaged 5.0 PPG with a season high of 14 in both the Angelo State game and a 75-57 home win over Fort Lewis (1/09/25) … scored at least 5 points in 11 games … averaged 5.3 RPG with a season high of 9 on four occasions … had 4 or more rebounds in 25 games … went 6-for-7 from the free throw line in 70-67 win over Western Oregon (11/16/24) and 6-for-8 from the line in an 84-76 RMAC road win at Adams State (2/13/25).

2023-24: Played in all 27 games, getting the start 20 times and averaging 24.9 MPG … averaged 5.3 PPG with a season high of 17 … averaged 5.1 RPG with a season high of 11 … pulled down at least 1 rebound in every game and 3 or more in 26 games … finished the season with a team best 29 steals.

2022-23: Started in all 27 games for the Mountaineers … Averaged 5.7 points per game with a 35.8 percent shooting from the field … third on the team in rebounds with 144 including 99 defensive rebounds … Played 709 minutes  

2021-22: Seymour started in six of the 25 games she played in ...  Averaged 2.4-points per game on 41.7 percent shooting from the field ... Shot 71.4 percent from the free throw line ... Was tied for fourth on the team in blocks with 4 ... Played 308 minutes. 

High School: Played at Ralston Valley high school.
