Biography

Collegiate:  Ieuan is a former third place finisher in the 1500m at the British Universities Indoor Championships. Also placed second at the U23 British 1500m Championships

Prep: A multiple Welsh Schools Cross Country champion, Ieuan is also a former individual champion at the U17 British Cross Country Challenge. On the track he won the Celtic Games 1500m Championship. 

Personal: Ieuan is the son of Alison and Andrew Thomas. He has a brother, Geraint and two sisters Angharad and Caraid. In his free time, Ieuan enjoys cooking, indulging in coffee, and studying running technology.
