Biography

2018-19:
Outdoor: Was not on the team
Indoor: Was not on the team
XC: Only ran in two meets before injury...Placed 7th overall at the 2018 Mountaineer-Cowboy Open.

Prior to Western: Competed in cross country and track & field at University of New Mexico. Collegiate bests of 17:30.99 in the 5,000m and 35:35.46 in the 10,000m.

High School: Played soccer at Currie Community High School. Daughter of Theresa and John Laverty, has three siblings Aine, Clare, and Sam.

Why Western? "I received such a warm welcome from coaches and teammates on my recruiting trip. Gunnison and more widely, Colorado is just stunning and reminds me of Scotland."
