2023: Earned all-region honors after a 25th-place finish at the South-Central Regional Meet where he also ran to a career-best time of 30:51.4 in the 10k .. Participated in the NCAA D II Cross Country Championships, RMAC Cross Country Championships, Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival and the Mountaineer Invite

2022 XC: Placed 116th at the NCAA D-II Cross Country Championship Meet … earned all-region honors with 24th-place finish at the D-II South Central Region Championship … recorded career-best 8K time (24:15.4) at the NCAA D-II Pre-Nationals meet.

2019-20:
Outdoor (Redshirted): Season canceled due to Covid-19.
Indoor: Raced at the Mountain Lion Open and the Western Colorado Alumni Open. Earned a top finish of third place at the Western Colorado Alumni Open in the 3,000m after crossing the line in 9:10.30.
XC: Mid-semester transfer.

Prior to Western: Grabowski comes to Western Colorado as a transfer from the University of Arizona. The Smithtown, New York native attended Smithtown West High School where he participated in cross country and track & field. In high school, he earned All-State in the 3,200 meter, 3,000 meter steeplechase, and cross country, along with All-American status in the 2,000 meter steeplechase and finished third at the USTF U20 3,000 meter steeplechase. When asked why he chose Western Colorado he said, “I chose Western because of the unique training environment and because it provides me a chance to further my academics.”
