Biography

2018-19: All-American placing 17th at NCAA National Championships as part of the 3rd place women's team... Placed 8th at both RMAC's and Regional's...Running her best 6k at Regional's with a time of 21:58.6.

Prior to Western: Competed in cross country and track at Western Oregon University. Set five school records for WOU. A two-time All-American (5k Indoor, 10k Outdoor). In cross country, Rufener was an All-Region selection and individual qualifier for the National Championships. Graduated from WOU with honors while earning USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.
