XC: Competed in the 2019 UCCS XC Open 8k running 28:33.4
2018-19: R-Junior
Outdoor: Ran at three meets racing in the 800m with a season best of 2:02.56...1,500m with a season best of 4:21.19...4x400m running 3:30.20.
Indoor: Competed in the 800 meters at the Western Colorado Alumni Open. Ran a time of 2.01.92.
XC: Ran in three races over the cross country season...Set a PR in the 8k at the Roadrunners Invitational with a time of 28:05.5.
2017-18: R-Sophomore
Outdoor: Ran in two events at RMAC...Placing 21st in the 800m and 11th in the 1500m just after running a PR of 4:04 in the prelims.
Indoor: Set a PR in the 800m (1:58) at the CSU Pueblo Early Bird meet.
XC: Competed in two meets for Western. Season best in the CSU Duals (16:52 5k) and the NJCAA Region IX Open (29:33.7 8k)
2016-17: R-Freshman
Outdoor: Ran Season Best 4:35 at Mines NCAA DII Invite
Indoor: Set personal bests in the 3,000m (9:48.41) and Mile (4:35.64)
XC: Ran Season Best at Rocky Mountain Shootout (29:00 8K)
2015-16: Freshman
Outdoor: Utilized Redshirt

High School: Finished 35th at the 2014 Colorado State Cross Country Championships to help Fort Collins High School to a Class 5A runner-up finish … Personal-bests are 4:27.10 (1,600) and 16:14 (5,000).
