Biography
2024: Named to Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference All-Academic Honor Roll … participated in three meets during the season, registering a season-best 8K time of 25:59.2 at the University of Arkansas' Chili Pepper XC Festival.
2023: Participated in Mountaineer Invite, Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival, Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Championships and NCAA Division II South-Central Regionals
2022: Posted career-best 8K time (24:53.9) at Gig Leadbetter Maverick Stampede.
High School: Scott comes to Western Colorado University from Castle View High School where he was a varsity cross country and track athlete. He was a three time state competitor in cross country and track running personal bests of 54 seconds in the 400m, 2:03 in the 800m, 4:32 in the 1,600m, 9:42 in the 3,200m, 15:49 in the 5,000m, and 34:21 in the 10,000m. Scott, Graduated with a 3.9 GPA, a member of the National Honor Society and a four time academic letter recipient. He is the son of Jyll and Rick Scott, and brother to Kellen and Curren.
