2018-19 (Sophomore): Skiles leads her team in swimming the fastest 500 Free (5.12.08), 1000 Free (10.44.05), 1650 Free (18.02.21) and 400 IM (4.35.79). She placed 3rd at the AZÂ Short Course Senior Open Championships in the 1650 Y Free (17.55.29). The sophomore placed 6th in the 1000 Y Free and 8th in the 1650 Y Free at the RMAC Championships while swimming 4 events. Skiles had a personal best in the 1000 Y Free. 2017-18 (Freshman):Â In her first year with the Mountaineers, Skiles focused on primarily distance swims contesting the long events at the RMAC Championship and throughout the season. At the RMAC meet, Skiles recorded a personal best 400 IM (4:35.02) along with her 13
th place finish. In a busy championship, she also placed 11
th in the 1,650 Free (18:04.65). She also placed 11
th in the 1,000 Free (10:46.18) and recorded a 12
th place finish with a season best 5:15.85 in the 500 Free.
