16th Annual Mountaineer/Cowboy Invite

MOUNTAINEERS HEADING INTO THE MEET
  • The Mountaineers come into the 2024 season ranked third in both the men's and women's cross-country Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference preseason polls.
  • The Western Colorado Men's and Women's Cross-Country teams placed fifth and fourth, respectively, at the 2023 NCAA Division II Championship Meet.
  • The Mountaineers had six student athletes earn 2023 All-American honors. On the men's team Tyler Nord and Kyle Partin received All-American distinctions, while Allison Beasley, Leah Taylor and Peyton Weiss on the Women's team all received honors.  
  • All five Mountaineers are back in action and ready for the 2024 season.
 
UP NEXT
The Mountaineers are headed to Fayetteville, Arkansas to compete in the Chili Pepper Festival hosted by the University of Arkansas on Saturday September 28. The Men's 8k begins at 9:30 a.m. MT followed by the Women's 5k at 10:10 a.m. MT.
