GUNNISON, Colo. – Friday night is Pink Night in Paul Wright Gym. Western Colorado University women's and men's basketball are helping raise funds and awareness for breast cancer throughout the week, leading into Friday night's games against Adams State University. All proceeds go to the Gunnison chapter of Tough Enough to Wear Pink and the Kay Yow Cancer Foundation.
 
The Mountaineers will be selling Pink Night hats all week long in the University Center from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Hats can also be purchased in the lobby of Paul Wright Gym during the games, or by contacting women's basketball head coach Lora Westling at lwestling@western.edu.
 
Hats can be purchased for $10 and will enter you into a raffle for gift cards, Western basketball prize packs and more. Those wearing hats to Friday's games will also receive free admission.
 
Fans will also have the opportunity to bid on game-worn warmups by members of both the women's and men's basketball teams during the games.
 
Free pink cotton candy will also be provided in the lobby during the games while supplies last. Donations will be accepted.
