GUNNISON, Colo. --- The Western Colorado women's soccer team looks to build off of Sunday's 1-1 draw with MSU Denver as the Mountaineers hit the road to take on Black Hills State on Friday and Regis on Sunday.

THE MOUNTAINEERS HEADING INTO THE WEEKÂ | 2019 SEASON STATS
The Mountaineers picked up their first point in RMAC play after picking up a tie against MSU Denver on Sunday in Grand Junction. WCU withstood 39 shots from the Roadrunners with
Kaeyla Noble picking up 11 saves for the Mountaineers - including one on a penalty kick late in regulation. The Mountaineers' goal came in the 22nd minute as
Andrea Grillo knocked in loose ball after a WCU free kick to take a 1-0 lead (MSU Denver tied it in the 45th minute on a penalty kick just before the half).
Also last week the Mountaineers dropped a 5-0 decision to now the No. 1 team in the nation in UC-Colorado Springs on Friday.
Individually, Noble leads the RMAC in saves per game at 7.67 and is second in overall saves with 46.
BLACK HILLS STATE HEADING INTO THIS WEEKÂ | 2019 SEASON STATS
The Yellow Jackets after starting RMAC play 1-0-1 with a scoreless tie against Fort Lewis and a 1-0 win over Adams State, dropped both games on the road last week at Westminster (3-0) and Dixie State (4-0).
Katie Nielson leads the team in scoring with three goals (including the game winner against Adams State) while Rose Miller has a team-best two assists. At keeper, Dz-Rae Jara has played each minute in RMAC play and overall this season has a 1.47 goals against average with 47 saves.Â

REGIS HEADING INTO THIS WEEKÂ | 2019 SEASON STATS
The Rangers went 1-1 last weekend, falling at Dixie State 2-0 while defeating Westminster on the road, 1-0. In the win over the Grifins, Audrey Teague scored on assists by Carly Bych and Madison Hand in the 65th minute while Julia Coombs had a pair of saves at keeper during the shutout.
Regis has three players with multiple goals this season in Teague (4), Emily Ramos (3) and Tori Rimsem (2) with Ramos leading the team with three assists. Coombs - who was named the RMAC Goalkeeper of the Week last week - has played all but five minutes this season for the Rangers and has a 0.91 goals against average to go along with a .806 save percentage and three shutouts.
