GUNNISON, Colo. – For the 27
th time, Western State Colorado University wrestling will host the Tracy Borah Duals. The Borah Duals will be held this Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. in the Mountaineer Field House.

The Borah Duals will feature 16 duals on four mats between eight different teams. The duals will be split into four different rounds: 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 1 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. A complete schedule can be found on the

Making the trip to Gunnison, Colorado on Saturday will be the United State Air Force Academy, California Baptist University, Colorado Mesa University, Minnesota State University – Mankato, New Mexico Highlands University, Simon Fraser University, and Southwest Minnesota State University.

Four of the eight programs participating are currently ranked nationally and Western is currently receiving votes in the poll. Cal Baptist is the highest ranked team entering the TBDs at ninth. Simon Fraser comes in at No. 19, while Colorado Mesa and Minnesota State – Mankato are tied at No. 23.

This will be the first duals of the season for the Mountaineers. Western will have four duals in total, facing MSU-Mankato, Southwest Minnesota State, Air Force and Simon Fraser.

Since the Borah Duals were changed to a dual format in 2007, Western has a record of 27-5. Air Force has the next most dual wins with a team record of 19-15.

Miles Van Hee begins the dual season just two dual victories away from tying Western legend Tracy Borah for the most wins by a coach in Western history with 176.

Admission to the duals is $10 for the entire day. Students and senior citizens can enter for $5 while MAA Members with a card, Western students with ID and children under five are free of charge.

Fans attending the duals must enter the Mountaineer Field House through the north east entrance, which is connected through the main Paul Wright Gym entrance. Fans are also encouraged to bring their own chairs, although seating will be provided as well.

For those unable to attend the 27
th Annual Tracy Borah Duals, there are a number of ways to follow the action. KEJJ 98.3 FM will be broadcasting live from the Mountaineer Field House and fans can watch all of Western's duals
live online. All results will be available on
TrackWrestling.com and will also be posted on the
GoMountianeers.com Tracy Borah Duals Headquarters page.
Following the duals, fans are encouraged to head over to classroom 15, just below Paul Wright Gym to take part in the "VIP for a Night" promotion. All fans get a chance to experience what it's like to be an Mountaineer Athletic Association member by getting free entrance into the VIP Room which will be located in classroom 15 in the southwest corner of Paul Wright Gym, just below the Tracy Borah Wrestling Room. Food and drinks will be provided.
