GUNNISON, Colo. - Playing in her final game as a Mountaineer, Western State Colorado University senior forward, Jade McIntosh (Sr., Colorado Springs, Colorado) scored 20 points against rival Adams State University Saturday.  It was the seventh game of the season McIntosh scored 20 or more points.  Despite her effort, McIntosh and the Mountaineers fell to the Grizzlies at home, 97-56.

Western (4-22, 3-19 RMAC) got behind early and trailed ASU (5-21, 5-17 RMAC) 31-13 with 9:06 remaining in the first half.  The Mountaineers were unable to cut into the lead by the end of the game and fell 97-56.

McIntosh led the game in scoring and for the second consecutive game, scored 20 or more points.  The forward also grabbed nine rebounds, nearly recording her third double-double of the season.

Western also bid farewell to senior Maricel Medina (Sr., Albuquerque, N.M.).  Medina, hurt for much of the season, ends her career as a three-year player for Western.
