Tyler Daniels finished with 481 yards of total offense (299 passing, 182 rushing) to lead Western State to a 38-19 victory against Western New Mexico last Saturday. He accounted for four of the five Mountaineer touchdowns and recorded runs of 74 yards and 56 yards. His 74-yard run was the longest by an RMAC player this season.

Daniels unofficially recorded Division II’s seventh-best individual performance for total offense, based on national statistics headed into last weekend. He also completed his fifth collegiate start without an interception.
