Last Week - Senior guard Cameron Burney averaged 24 points and six rebounds in two home wins, as the Mountaineers started off conference 2-0, defeating Colorado Christian (82-66) and Colorado Mines (71-62).

Burney made 7-17 field goals, 3-6 from the three and 4-5 from the line, as he posted 21 points against CCU. Burney also added seven rebounds and two steals against the Cougars.

The following night against CSM, he made 8-13 field goals, 4-8 from the three-point line and 7-8 on free throws to earn 27 points. He posted five rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block.

With his efforts, Burney was named RMAC West Division Player of the Week by the conference office.
