ALLENDALE, Mich. – With a third-place finish and First Team All-American showing in the men's 3,000-meter steeplechase, Adam Sinda (Sr., Arvada, Colo.) highlighted three All-American performances Friday for Western State Colorado University at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

In addition to Sinda's honor, Dawid Konieczek (So., Zsrit Powodowo, Poland) and Alicja Konieczek (Fr., Zsrit Powodowo, Poland) came away Second Team All-Americans in the steeplechase.

Running in his fourth-straight steeplechase final at the NCAA Championships, Sinda saved his best for last by bettering his personal-best by 12 seconds with a time of 8:49.80. Sinda's time was the sixth-fastest in Western history as he collected his third-straight All-American accolade in the event. He closes out his career a five-time All-American.

Also in the men's steeplechase, Dawid Konieczek recorded an All-American performance in his first NCAA Championships appearance. Konieczek's time of 8:59.67 placed him ninth in the final, missing an eighth-place and podium finish by just two seconds.
