Western Colorado University Athletics

An outstanding two sport athlete, earning three Western letters and RMAC honors as defensive tackle for the football team and winning three NCAA College Division and two University Division All American wrestling honors, capped by an individual national title in 1966. He was inducted into the NCAA Divison II Wrestling Hall of Fame in 1998.
