Amy Crawford, now Amy Purevsuren, was a seven-time All-American who attended Western Colorado from 1994 to 1997, winning a national championship in the 15K freestyle in 1997, becoming the first woman in Mountaineer history to win an individual skiing national title and Western's first ski national champion -- male or female -- to win a title in thirty-one years. She graduated with a geology degree with a sparkling 3.82 GPA.
